This is *Leeds/Wakefield* Hybrid and site based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Managing day-to-day property and estates operations across multiple sites.*
Exciting Contract Opportunity - Estates, Facilities & Operational Property Leadership
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Property Operations Manager to oversee the safe, compliant, and effective operation of a critical public sector estate across sites in Leeds and Wakefield.
This is a high-profile contract role where you will lead property operations, facilities management, contractor performance and statutory compliance across a complex operational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring buildings, infrastructure and services are delivered to the highest possible standards.
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in FM, estates management, property operations, hard/soft services, contractor management or public sector estates leadership.
