You can have experience of 16th or 17th edition for this role. - Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of learners - Assess progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure effective learning outcomes - Provide one-to-one or small group - Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance - Carry out on-site visits to review and assess apprentices in the workplace - Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages participation and confidence - Collaborate with colleagues to support learners with special educational needs What we are looking for: - Proven experience in teaching or tutoring or assessing, especially with apprentices - You must be either assessor or teacher qualified - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping learners succeed Salary and benefits: - Salary £34,000 to £41,000 per annum - 37 hours per week - Start at 8.30am and finish at 5pm - Company pension - 25 Days holiday + stats per annum - Free on-site parking - Supportive and collaborative team environment If you want to use your electrical experience to inspire and guide the next generation of electricians, this role offers purpose, impact, and excellent benefits.
