The Mot Tester Vehicle Technician Role

You ll be part of a busy, well-run workshop with consistent workflow and strong support from management.

Key Mot Tester Vehicle Technician responsibilities include:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard

• Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

• Completing job cards and paperwork accurately

• Working efficiently to meet productivity and bonus targets

• Supporting a positive, team-focused workshop environment

Mot Tester Vehicle Technician Requirements

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealership or busy workshop

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Able to work efficiently without compromising quality

• Driven to maximise bonus and earnings
