HR Consultant

We are working in partnership with a global Energy provider. We are currently recruiting for a HR Consultant to work in their Solihull office on a 6 month contract.

The HR Consultant role comes with a rate of 28.59 per hour.

Key skills

• Partner with Business Partnering team to deliver HR initiatives and change projects.
• Apply HR policies and procedures consistently at a local level.
• Use data insights to spot trends and improve working practices.
• Support talent development and succession planning.
• Assist with Trade Union and Business Forum consultations.
• Coach leaders to handle people processes independently.
• Support organisational change for positive business and employee outcomes.
• Manage HR processes effectively, ensuring compliance and proper use of systems.
• Contribute to HR projects across departments and regions.
• Help managers handle complex employee relations cases.
