You'll hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings. Your duties will include: Supporting the bank's way of working to help as many customers as possible Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored Ensuring each customer interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
