Bankside is London's other side, a neighbourhood that proudly stands apart. Better Bankside was established as one of the UK's first Business Improvement Districts over 20 years ago and the neighbourhood's identity has influenced BB's values: impact, togetherness, otherness. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate. We're looking for someone with: Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc Expertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangements Experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC Staff management and mentoring experience Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives Experience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of fees Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent You'll be able to be yourself; we'll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
