Senior Technician

We are pleased to present an opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician to join a well-established, family-run automotive business in Worcester.

• Up to £44,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday work

Duties:

• Conduct routine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Carry out repairs including clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and other major components
• Maintain accurate workshop records in compliance with regulations
• Effectively communicate test results and repair options to customers
• Work closely with the auto centre team to ensure high standards of quality
• Stay informed about industry updates, safety protocols, and technical advancements
• Uphold the company s commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service

Requirements:

• Level 3 IMI/NVQ qualification or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT licence desirable but not essential
• Proven experience as a Senior Technician within a busy workshop environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
