Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Utilizing diagnostic tools and software to analyze forklift performance and identify potential faults.
Communicating effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documenting all service activities, including parts used, repairs completed, and recommendations for future maintenance, accurately and comprehensively.
Collaborating with the service team to coordinate work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on client sites, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Forklift Engineer or similar role, with expertise in repairing diesel, gas, and electric forklift trucks.
Strong technical knowledge of forklift truck systems, including engines, transmissions, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting and analyzing forklift performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve technical issues efficiently.
