An offshore law firm is looking for a Litigation Associate (Insolvency) to join their disputes team in Guernsey. This role involves working on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, advising a variety of clients on both contentious and non-contentious issues. Ideal candidates will be qualified lawyers with 3-5 years of PQE in litigation or restructuring and possess strong commercial awareness. A proactive and adaptable approach is essential.
