Duties:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of cars and vans as a skilled Vehicle Technician
- Accurately diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and repair accordingly
- Conduct vehicle inspections, identifying worn or faulty components
- Perform MOT testing (qualification required or opportunity to obtain it)
- Maintain high standards of workmanship with a keen eye for detail
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth workshop flow
- Complete job cards and documentation precisely and efficiently
- Contribute to a clean and safe workshop environment as a dedicated Vehicle Technician
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Vehicle Technician
- NVQ / IMI Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
- Positive attitude and a proactive team player mentality
- Full UK driving licence is essential
