HGV Trailer Technician

This is an excellent chance for a skilled technician with trailer or HGV experience to lead by example, support colleagues, and uphold high standards in diagnostics, servicing, and repairs.

Duties:

• Carrying out trailer inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Leading the workshop team by supporting with diagnostics and technical guidance
• Overseeing day-to-day workflow within the bay as an HGV Trailer Technician
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained safely and efficiently
• Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards within the workshop

Requirements of the HGV Trailer Technician:

• Proven mechanical experience working on trailers, HGVs, or similar large vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Positive, proactive approach to work and team support
• Ability to motivate and support other technicians
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is desirable but not essential
