Recruitment Consultant - Netbox Recruitment - Maidstone (easy access to M20)

Monday to Friday - Kent-based - Hybrid working

Flexible basic salary + uncapped commission OTE 45,000+ in year one

What You'll Be Doing - No two days are the same in this fast-paced, rewarding role:

  • Building and developing relationships with local businesses
  • Winning new business through a structured, multi-channel sales approach
  • Meeting clients face-to-face and delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through their job search
  • Attending networking events and building your presence in the local market
  • Managing your own desk and exceeding revenue targets

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment or a strong background in target-driven sales
  • Confident communicator-on the phone and face-to-face
  • Self-motivated, driven, and commercially aware
  • Someone who thrives in a team but takes ownership of their success
