Hgv Class 1 Driver

Elvet Recruitment have been appointed to recruit an HGV Class 1 Driver for the regional division of a £75m waste company in Middlesbrough.

Main duties/responsibilities:

• Collection of industrial waste.
• Drive and operate Company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and legal manner.
• Ensure compliance with the Group s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
• Deal with Customers in a manner that retains their loyalty to the Company and delivers an outstanding service.
• Ensure that all driver related paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Raise any issues, problems or concerns with your Line Manager at the earliest opportunity.
• Tank Cleaning Duties (all required training will be provided)
• Liquid Ring experience preferred

Experience/responsibilties required:

• A valid ADR licence (training can be given)
• A HGV Class 1 Licence
• Experience driving HGV preferred
• Possession of a Digi-card
• Current CPC qualification

Remuneration/Benefits:

On offer is a salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience) inclusive of overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x rates alongside the following
