Description Act as a key point of contact for HR queries from employees and line managers Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including interviews and new starter documentation Assist in managing employee relations matters (e.g., note-taking in formal meetings, drafting letters) Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations Coordinate training and development activities Provide input to monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll provider as needed Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Support wider HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency Profile A successful HR Generalist should have: Previous experience in an HR administrative or advisory role Working knowledge of UK employment legislation Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HR systems CIPD Level 3 minimum (working towards Level 5 preferred) Job Offer A competitive salary in the range of 32,000 to 35,000 Excellent benefits package, including comprehensive employee support. 25 days annual leave Opportunity to work within the industrial/manufacturing sector in Leek.
