What You Will Be Doing

As a Night Shift HGV Mechanic / HGV Technician / Fleet Technician you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing HGVs, LGVs, trailers and fleet vehicles to DVSA and manufacturer standards
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults efficiently as an experienced HGV Mechanic
• Performing inspections, MOT preparation and compliance checks
• Maintaining accurate job cards and service records throughout the night shift
• Using diagnostic and workshop tools effectively
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure workshop productivity
• Participating in ongoing technical training as a Night Shift HGV Technician

What You Will Need

To be considered as a Night Shift HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician or Fleet Technician you will need:

• Proven experience as an HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician or Fleet Technician within a commercial vehicle environment
• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence
• HGV Class 1 licence, IRTEC accreditation and dealer-level diagnostics experience (desirable)
