Dick Lovett Bodyshop in Swindon is looking to recruit a skilled Paint Technician to join our manufacturer-approved team, working on some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands including Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and MINI.

Our Bodyshop in Swindon is looking for a Paint Technician to join our business and contribute to the success of our team. We can provide excellent training to develop your skillset and ensure that you meet the high standards required by manufacturers and the Group.
Reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional paint finishes in line with exacting manufacturer standards.
Your duties will include:
Preparing and painting vehicles to a high professional standard
Filler work and surface preparation
Masking and priming
Topcoat application
Lacquering, polishing, and final finishing
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently while maintaining outstanding attention to detail and quality control
Adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
We're looking for a Paint Technician who is passionate about their trade and committed to producing right-first-time results.
Essential Requirements:
A completed recognised apprenticeship or
Technical qualifications to City & Guilds, NVQ, ATA, or equivalent standard
A full UK Driving Licence
