Job Description To support the delivery of facilities services across the Group's offices, by providing a high-quality administration, front of house, and hospitality service, that supports the Company's objectives and ensures the smooth running of safe and well-maintained workplaces. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (unless specified otherwise, all activities relate to the Leeds offices only) Supporting the reception and hospitality services, covering holidays, breaks and other absence. As a key part of the role is inputting data and preparing legal documents, the ability to work accurately and follow instructions carefully while dealing with a high volume of work is essential.
