We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join this company in a very exciting period of growth and expansion, on a very warm desk.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to work for a financially stable company who promote a good work/life balance.

Your role will be one of growing and developing a very warm desk by utilising business development, cross selling, developing strong relationships with existing clients and generating your own new business.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be:-

• Working in a professional environment/sector that's focused on developing relationships in a niche sector
• Selling recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
• Building client relationships and account managing clients
• Offering a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
• Achieving targets and adhering to agreed action plans

To the successful Recruitment Consultant we offer:-

• Up to £40k doe
• Some flexibility on your hours of work
• Up to 30% comms with an ave fee of £15k
• The opportunity to work in a niche sector
