Job Title: Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm)

Location: Ash Vale

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join their team in Ash Vale. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

This role will involve regular heavy lifting, so applicants must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing orders accurately

Loading and unloading deliveries

Sorting goods within the warehouse

Checking items for quality and accuracy

General manual handling duties

Operating a forklift (if licensed)

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience is desirable

Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual work

Good attention to detail

A proactive and reliable work ethic

Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential
