What you'll need to succeed A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience at senior leadership level. A track record of success within distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or another complex, multi-site environment. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at Board level and challenge constructively. Experience leading finance through periods of high growth, transformation, or M&A activity. Excellent leadership capability, with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire a finance function. A hands-on, forward-thinking approach, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business.
