Skilled in taking products from concept to production in resource-constrained environments. Excellent communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with commercial awareness, operational pragmatism, and a hands-on approach. Experience in small manufacturing or low-volume specialist electronics. Knowledge of modern battery technologies, low-voltage power supplies, and testing methodologies. Practical, hands-on approach with prototypes, test rigs, and production challenges.
