A Butlin's resort is the home of getting stuck in and no trip to the seaside would be complete without great food and we offer this to every guest, every time in our restaurant. You will be consistently delivering our brand standards, menu and dish specifications. You will carry out kitchen opening checks and maintain a safe, hygienic and secure working environment. You will take part in daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and be responsible for food safety documentation including temperate checks throughout the breakfast shift along with cleaning and maintenance reports, recording and monitoring of all food waste and correct storage of food with respect for the principles of first in first out (FIFO).
