This role is based on-site in East Leake, 5 days per week with 20% travel required. What we're looking for: Degree/higher degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related engineering/science discipline. Experience working within building systems, construction products, technical engineering or R&D environments. Strong understanding of structural calculations, system performance and how products function within real building applications. Experience of creation (CAD) and interpretation of technical drawings. Knowledge of normative frameworks Experience supporting testing programmes, interpreting standards, norms and technical results and communicating findings to a range of stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into technical solutions. What you will be doing: Support and lead full-scale system testing programmes, analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. Work closely with customers, project teams and international stakeholders to understand technical requirements and system challenges. Provide technical expertise around building systems, structural performance and product application within construction environments.
