This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician with a strong electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical background who enjoys fault finding, process improvement, and supporting production operations. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring production equipment, processes, and products operate efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to production and manufacturing teams. Diagnose and resolve faults on products, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Investigate production issues and support root cause analysis activities. Carry out maintenance, calibration, and repair of production equipment. Monitor and analyse production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and reliability. Assist with the introduction of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Produce technical reports and maintain accurate documentation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or engineering documentation. Good understanding of electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systems. Experience working with production equipment, testing processes, or maintenance activities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Engineering qualification desirable but not essential for candidates with relevant experience. About You Proactive and self-motivated.
