This is a newly created role, so media experience is essential. Your new role As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end AR and Credit function. This is predominantly a sole charge role. However, there could be the opportunity to supervise 1 junior credit controller. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the company's financial stability and ongoing success. As the business continues to grow, so does the volume and complexity of customer accounts. This role has been created to strengthen the credit control function, ensuring that cash flow remains healthy while maintaining excellent relationships with customers. You will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, working proactively to manage debt, resolve queries, and ensure timely payments.
