Job Description

This role is responsible for driving measurable lead generation and commercial pipeline through PPC, SEO, analytics, and martech.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max for multiple STA brands.
  • Manage PPC budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structure to maximise ROI and lead quality.
  • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and create/test landing pages.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies across all STA brand websites, including technical audits and competitor analysis.
  • Support the content team with SEO guidance for blog posts, landing pages, and site copy.
  • Track and report on MQLs, cost per lead, and conversion rates by channel and brand.
  • Cross-reference marketing data with HubSpot CRM to assess lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Support the management and optimisation of HubSpot for marketing workflows, lead scoring, and automation.
  • Maintain UTM tracking standards and ensure data hygiene across all marketing channels.
  • Assist with website updates and form integrations in Statamic CMS where required.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and internal tools.

Candidate Profile Core Competencies, Skills & Knowledge Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Comfortable building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio or similar.
  • Be able to clearly demonstrate the presence of core competencies with regards to:
    • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
    • Attention to detail across multiple campaigns and brands
    • Self-starter mentality with ability to take ownership of channels
    • Effective written and verbal communication
    • Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
