Customer Service Administrator required for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly company of approximately 100 employees offering long term job security.
The successful candidate will need experience working in a customer focused role within a technical industry. You will also need experience working with Excel.
Joining a growing team, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process from quotation, placing orders and liaising with internal production and engineering teams.
The Customer Service Administrator Role:
Working with SAP and Excel
Respond to customer queries and providing updates
Order processing, including updates POs, processing reworks, repairs etc.
Liaising with production teams to complete customer orders in time
Raising credit/debit notes
Updating price lists, quotes, customer details etc. on systems
Liaising with customers on BOMs and drawings
The Customer Service Administrator Candidate:
Experience in a customer support / sales / admin role
Experience working in a technical industry manufacturing, engineering, pharma or similar
Excel experience
