A large, well-respected organisation are looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support on one of their transformation programmes to upgrade its AX Dynamics ERP estate to a new landscape. You will directly be supporting the Head of Applications and be a vital part of the Business Applications team. This is a permanent role. Your New Role In this role, you will manage the Business Applications team as part of the Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrade. You will coordinate with the IT function to ensure service continuity for Business Systems. Experience across Microsoft Dynamics AX, implementation, troubleshooting and overall support experience. Responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to address data, application code, and user-generated system issues. You will also obtain, understand, translate, and document solution requirements to achieve the desired outcomes. What you'll need to succeed Experience with supporting enterprise and desktop applications: Microsoft D365, AX 2012, Workday HR, Asset Management Software, Beacon CRM SharePoint and DocuSign configuration and administration, Security administration for Opas, D365 CRM, FirstClass, Opera, NG Working with and an understanding of 3rd Party Application Integrations / Interfaces and 3rd Party suppliers Proven significant experience with troubleshooting methodologies, and issue resolution techniques. Able to develop and interpret technical documentation. The ability to lead and develop a team of up to 10 technical specialists while working collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders.
