As Head of Hospitality you play a key role in planning, developing and delivering an exceptional high end food and guest experience across diverse, world class events. Head of Hospitality - The role Lead structured planning and delivery of F&B offering in premium hospitality spaces with clear objectives, continuous improvement, and timely execution. Oversee the design of premium hospitality spaces and guest journey, balancing aesthetics, efficiency, and commercial impact. Drive market awareness and innovation to maintain a competitive, best in class hospitality offering. Manage end to end F&B project delivery, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, budgets, and brand standards. Continuously optimise premium offering to enhance performance, capacity, and revenue growth. Lead operational excellence across hospitality and C&E, ensuring high standards in service, food, and guest experience. Ensure operational readiness, consistency, compliance, and strong health & safety culture. Build and manage high performing teams through effective workforce planning, leadership development, and engagement. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication to ensure seamless delivery. Own financial performance, driving commercial strategy, revenue growth, and product innovation. What we're looking for Strong, quality operational experience with a passion for F&B. An inspiring leader who can motivate and develop large, shift based teams including casual workers. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Sound knowledge of government legislation, including health and safety and employment law. Highly confident and positive - a "can do" attitude towards all work undertaken. Articulate and numerate - has the ability to accurately prepare quotes and reports. A creative thinker with the drive and determination to get things done. Excellent skill set (menu knowledge, technical organisation, time management).
