You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivery commitments are met, and customer issues are resolved efficiently. The role also offers involvement in reporting, process improvement and wider business operations. What we need for this Sales Operations Coordinator role: Local/easily commutable to Coalville. Experience within Sales Administration, Internal Sales, Customer Service, Customer Operations or Order Management. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Good IT skills, including ERP/business systems and Excel. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive problem solver who can work effectively across Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance. The Sales Operations Coordinator role will involve: Processing customer orders and managing order books. Handling customer enquiries and providing delivery updates. Liaising with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Preparing quotations, reports and customer documentation. Maintaining accurate customer, product and pricing data within ERP systems. Supporting customer issue resolution, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
