Location: Hainault
Salary: £25,000 OTE £75,000
Hours: Mon Sat with a day off in the week

An incredible opportunity has risen for a Sales Lister, to join our client s Estate agency team!
The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of the agency, contributing to the dynamic environment with their expertise and knowledge. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who can confidently appraise properties, ensuring accurate and competitive market pricing, winning new Instructions and listing properties for the market.
Duties
- Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
- Prepare and present professional property appraisals for potential sellers and Landlords
- Advise clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends.
- Offer guidance to clients throughout the process
- Conduct accurate property valuations to attract new listings.
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Have In-depth knowledge of the property market in England, including legislation affecting property sales.
The ideal Candidate
- Have previous estate agency experience
- Self-motivated
- Well organized with an attention to detail.
- Can do attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
