Skills & Experience Previous field sales or business development experience within the drinks, FMCG, or on-trade sector. Strong understanding of the on-trade market including pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality venues. Proven ability to generate new business and grow existing customer accounts. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Commercially aware with strong negotiation and influencing ability. Good organisational and time management skills. Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and CRM systems. Strong communication and presentation skills. WSET qualification or drinks industry product knowledge would be advantageous.
