HR Officer - InvernessInverness (Office Based)£36,636 per annum Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:006-8 Week tempoaray Contract - possible extensionOur third-party client is looking for an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Inverness on a temporary basis.Main Duties:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, and capability matters
- Support hearings, investigations, restructures, and employee relations processes
- Respond to HR queries and maintain accurate records and reports
- Assist with policy guidance, workforce planning, and HR projects
- Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an operational HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint
- CIPD qualified or willing to work towards qualification preferred
