You will be able to communicate complex areas of law in a simple and coherent way and have the interpersonal skills to establish long-term relationships with the Deputy, the OPG, the individual and their family. Your role as a Court of Protection Solicitor will involve the running of files, preparation of general Court applications and Statutory Will applications, representation of the Deputy at Court of Protection hearings and investigations into suspicions of financial abuse. The Court of Protection Solicitor role will include: Running of files and working with the Deputy in dealing with the Court of Protection Preparation of general Court Applications Preparation of Statutory Will Applications Represent the Deputy at Court of Protection Hearings Investigate suspicions of Financial Abuse Estate Administration You will be an integral part of the team and will have the opportunity to develop in a highly regarded Legal 500 firm as a Court of Protection Solicitor.
