Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Groundworks - South Wales region Freelance Outside IR35 - LTD CO Rate circa 350 - 400 per day Permanent, salary and package circa 60,000 - 80,000 p.a + package Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting projects in South Wales, typically valued between 2m - 6m. Take offs and Pricing Change skills essential with groundworks experience. Foundations, drainage, excavations, etc Should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, and office working. Sites are Bridgend, Newport, Cardiff and as far as the bridge.
