Are you an experienced Manager looking for a values driven leadership role with real social impact?
Can you:
- Provide operational leadership across governance, compliance and member services
- Manage and develop a small, high performing, values driven team
- Work closely with the CEO to deliver the organisation's strategy and future growth
- Strengthen systems, processes and cross team collaboration
- Engage with stakeholders and support best practice across the Almshouse movement
Do you have:
- Proven operational leadership experience in a charity, housing or membership organisation
- Strong understanding of governance, risk and regulatory compliance
- Collaborative, organised and mission driven with excellent communication skills
