Software Development Manager (Java C# TDD) Cheshire onsite to £180k+ Are you a technical leader with a software development background? You could be progressing your career in an impactful role at a highly successful and scaling Cyber Security technology company that has just received an additional £20 million investment. As a Software Development Manager you will manage three, small product focussed teams; leading delivery, taking ownership of planning, resourcing, sizing and timelines, managing team structure and hiring to match evolving requirements. You'll drive technical scoping, shape solutions and align on feasibility, remove blockers and obstacles and run meaningful Agile ceremonies that add value. You will act as a "sounding board" for software engineers and provide coaching, ensuring a positive, diverse and professional team culture. You will promote continuous improvements in processes, tooling and communication, collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX, QA and other business stakeholders across the business in an impactful role.
