You will be responsible for supporting pupils and promote positive physical, social, and emotional development. A natural ability to build rapport and establish trusting, positive relationships with students, particularly those who may find it challenging to engage in school life. Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with vulnerable pupils. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Desirable Qualifications & Skills: Experience working with pupils who have SEMH, autism, or other specific behavioural needs.
