This is a technically demanding live project involving complex mechanical and building services works within occupied trading areas. The role requires someone with strong experience coordinating and delivering MEP packages within constrained, high-pressure refurbishment environments where sequencing, stakeholder management, and day-to-day problem solving are critical.
