M365 Lead - London (hybrid 1dpw) - £75K+ - Permanent role Lead a small team and manage external partners to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects across a multi-year M365 transformation. Based in London, this financial services business is engaged in a large and complex cloud transformation. As part of that work, they have a multi-year roadmap for M365. With a small internal team and third party offshore partners delivering the bulk of the technical work, they are looking for an experienced candidate to join them to lead the team and manage the partners. You'll need to be an experienced candidate with deep technical know-how across the M365 landscape; Exchange, Sharepoint, InTune, SCCM, Teams and AVD plus other relevant technologies. You'll have had previous experience of implementing 365, and migrating from existing on-prem systems into new cloud environments. You don't need to have had significant managerial experience - this is an opportunity to grow your skills in that area - but working directly with stakeholders, challenging and managing the work of external vendors, and scoping and agreeing roadmaps will be a core part of your skill set, alongside your technical capability. The role is London based - you'll need to be in the office once every week or two. It's a permanent role and will pay around £75K base.
