Summary We are seeking a committed individual to join our Combined Cadet Force (CCF) as a Contingent School Staff Instructor (SSI). This part-time role involves supporting cadet training and helping students develop confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills. Applicants should have experience in the Regular, Reserve or Cadet Forces, or a strong willingness to learn and get involved. Key responsibilities Providing technical support to both staff and students, including: Making recordings of the practical exams, transferring digital media from one format to another Operating light and sound equipment during practical exams and the school play. Stage managing the annual school play, coordinating and managing all technical elements, and managing groups of students assigned to each technical element Training will be provided where necessary REQUIREMENTS The school are looking for someone with a Drama or Theatre background. Who has the ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, teachers, suppliers, and members of the public You must also enjoy working with young people and has an appetite for learning new skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
