Growing and maintaining the pipeline and reporting of new business sales leads for the Stewartby, Southampton, and Cardiff Industrial Services depots ensuring successful delivery and coordination of converted sales opportunities with the project and operations team to establish a strong and robust sales pipeline. The position will have the freedom to organise their day plan client visits within the region and manage the region based on their own strategies and understanding and customer needs. They will be empowered to make decisions regarding their sales approach, negotiation strategy, adapting to different situations and client personalities. They will be encouraged to think outside the box and think of innovative solutions to address client challenges rather then being rigidly confined to a single approach. The role will require the candidate to establish new sales, develop existing contracts, and communicate with internal and external sales stakeholders. The BDE function is directly linked to the operational delivery of successful sales and must provide project lifecycle updates to the local business unit.
