We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator with a Counterbalance FLT Licence to join our clients dynamic team in a technical production and manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of production and manufacturing processes, ensuring that batches are mixed efficiently and meet the highest standards of quality. THE SALARY AND BENEFITS: 6-2/2-10 rotating 06:00 - 14:00 - £12.50 per hour 14:00 - 22:00 - £15.00 per hour Pension scheme of up to 10% Extra weeks pay at Christmas Breaks are paid. FLT driving throughout the day to maneuver pallets of raw materials and finished goods around the shop floor Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets while maintaining high standards of quality control. THE CANDIDATE: Basic maths skills for accurate measurement and mixing of raw materials Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to deadlines. Must have an FLT Counterbalance licence Experience in a production or manufacturing setting, working with raw materials.
