Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor - Aylesbury

Our client based in Aylesbury is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with previous supervisory experience to support daily warehouse operations and lead a busy team.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Key responsibilities:

Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities

Leading and supporting warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met

Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control processes

Ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately

Maintaining warehouse health & safety standards

Assisting with training and development of warehouse team members

Supporting operational improvements and workflow efficiency

Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Knowledge of stock management and warehouse procedures

MHE experience/training is advantageous but not essential
