Part-time Finance and Sales Admin

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales & Finance Administrator to join a friendly and down-to-earth team in a well-established wholesaler based in Manchester. This Sales & Finance Administrator role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing both finance and sales administration duties in a busy office environment.

What will you be doing as a Sales & Finance Administrator?

• Processing and matching purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
• Working with Sage and Excel to support the finance function
• Scanning and filing PODs
• Updating pricing structures and adding new products onto the internal system and website
• Supporting social media activity and advertisements for new products
• Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator or similar administrative role
• Experience using Sage and Excel confidently
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
• A willingness to learn and get involved in different areas of the business
• Confident using systems, websites, and social media platforms
• A positive, down-to-earth attitude and strong team ethic
