We're seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician with strong fault-finding capabilities across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems. You'll deliver reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance that ensures production stays at peak performance. The Role: Conduct planned preventative maintenance across a diverse range of machinery and equipment. Provide rapid response to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime and effective communication with team leaders. Troubleshoot and fault-find across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems using technical schematics. Manage contractors and permit-to-work processes, ensuring safety and compliance. Log and document all maintenance tasks within the site's CMMS system. Support continuous improvement initiatives and inventory management for critical spares. Collaborate with R&D and process development teams on future technologies and innovations. Experience: Time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
