Behaviour Mentor
Location: Hall Green, Birmingham B28
Weekly Pay: (Apply online only)
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

We are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support a child on a 1:1 basis in a welcoming primary school in Hall Green.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong presence, excellent behaviour management skills, and a sporty or active background. The child responds best to movement-based and engaging activities, so we are looking for someone who can build positive relationships through structure, energy, and consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a child 1:1 with challenging behaviour
  • Delivering engaging, activity-based support throughout the school day
  • Helping the child regulate emotions and remain focused in class
  • Creating a calm, positive, and supportive environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with behavioural needs
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A calm, resilient, and proactive attitude
  • A sporty, coaching, or mentoring background would be highly desirable
  • Ability to build trust and positive relationships quickly
