Conveyancing Solicitor

A new position has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor ( Hybrid) to join an established Commercial Conveyancing specialist in North London.

Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor / Paralegal (at least 1 years experience / 1 years PQE).
• As a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of Commercial transactions.

Qualifications

• A Solicitor (at least 1 years experience/ 1 years PQE) with a valid practising certificate.

• Demonstrated experience in handling residential & Commercial property transactions.

• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
