Backend Developer (Node.js / TypeScript)
Cheshire Based (Hybrid - 3 days)
Ready to step up and make an impact? We re looking for a mid-level Backend Developer to join a growing engineering team building a high-scale, cloud-based SaaS platform used at scale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more ownership, exposure to modern architecture, and real input into how things are built.
What you ll be doing- Building and scaling backend services using Node.js & TypeScript
- Working on a microservices-based platform in AWS
- Contributing to system design and technical decisions
- Collaborating closely with engineers, product and DevOps
- Taking ownership of features and seeing them through to production
Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, PostgreSQL/MySQL
What we re looking for- Solid experience with Node.js / TypeScript
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and delivering features end-to-end
- Someone proactive who wants to step up, take ownership, and grow
- Work on a modern, scalable platform with real complexity
