In this role you would be responsible for configuring technical drawings, working with Cisco stack, delivering a variety of projects and reviewing the whole network alongside the network manager. The ideal IT Support would have come from a similar background, Level 3 or service desk management experience with Cisco looking to progress their career into network management.
